The River Hogsmill is a tributary of the River Thames and runs through the
Borough of Epsom and Ewell in Surrey and the London Borough of Kingston.
Epsom and Ewell section of the River flows north-west from Ewell to the borough boundary with Kingston.

Along with open space industry such as the Thames Water works at Berrylands, the river provides an excellent 'green corridor', making the gardens and open spaces of its surrounding area richer with wildlife than would otherwise be the case.
